Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Kozza UK Ltd, located at 51–55 Fowler Road, Hainault Business Park, Essex, IG6 3XE.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

1.1 “The Company” refers to Kozza UK, registered in the UK with Company number 14547037, and any of its subsidiaries or associated companies.

1.2 “The Customer” refers to any individual, business, or entity placing an order with the Company. In cases where the customer fails to disclose their limited company status, the individual placing the order may be held personally liable.

2. Quotations

2.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Quotes are based on standard lead times unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Additional services, bespoke requests, or expedited production will incur additional charges.

3. Orders

3.1 All orders are subject to these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, the Customer enters a legally binding agreement with the Company.

3.2 The Customer is responsible for ensuring the order details are accurate. Once production begins, changes cannot be made unless:

  • (a) Amendments are received in writing and may be subject to admin and remake fees.
  • (b) Cancellation is requested before production begins. If work has commenced, charges may apply based on the level of completion.

4. Pricing & Discounts

4.1 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final invoicing will reflect the price at the time of dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Discounts:

  • (a) Online promotions and discount codes apply to website purchases only.
  • (b) Discount codes cannot be used alongside sale items unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., strikes, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions).

5.2 Deliveries are made to the address provided by the Customer. Site deliveries require prior agreement and may incur extra charges.

5.3 Goods not accepted for delivery or collection within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to storage fees.

5.4 Unreturned stillages or delivery frames may be charged for.

6. Non-Delivery & Damages

6.1 Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing within 14 days of dispatch.

6.2 Claims for damage or missing items must be reported in writing within 3 days of delivery, with supporting photos if applicable.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Products

7.1 If you believe goods are defective or do not match your order, you must:

  • (a) Notify us in writing within 3 days of delivery.
  • (b) Allow us to inspect the goods for assessment.

7.2 If your claim is accepted, at our discretion, we may:

  • Replace the goods
  • Offer a partial refund or credit
  • Repair the items

7.3 Replacements or repairs do not entitle the Customer to further compensation.

8. Ownership & Risk

8.1 Ownership of goods remains with the Company until full payment is received. However, risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

8.2 If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to retrieve goods and enter the Customer’s premises without notice.

8.3 We may still pursue legal action for payment even if goods remain our property.

9. Templates

9.1 Customers supplying templates must ensure accuracy and material suitability. Verbal amendments will not be accepted.

10. Manufacturing Tolerances

10.1 All goods are manufactured within industry-standard tolerances. Claims for dimensional discrepancies will only be considered if the goods are available for collection and inspection.

11. Payment Terms

11.1 Credit account holders must pay in accordance with agreed terms. Late payment will result in all outstanding invoices becoming due immediately.

11.2 Non-account customers must make full payment before production begins.

11.3 Late payment may result in suspended orders and halted production.

11.4 Credit facilities may be withdrawn or amended at any time at the Company’s discretion.

12. Liability

12.1 The Company is not liable for loss of profit, business interruption, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from product use or defects.

13. Variations

13.1 No variation to these Terms, including delivery times or specifications, is valid unless agreed in writing by a Company director.

14. Resellers & Third Parties

14.1 Customers who purchase goods for resale agree to communicate these Terms & Conditions to their end customers.

15. Uncollected Goods

15.1 Any goods not collected or delivered within 14 days of the invoice date may be disposed of by the Company. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
